If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the relevant services or complete a membership purchase.

GM7 Portal is a digital platform designed to provide learning, training, creative participation, community engagement and applicable marketplace-related opportunities.

Services and features may vary according to the applicable program, package and platform availability.

◈ Membership & Registration

• Members must provide accurate and appropriate registration information.
• Membership is provided according to the selected package and applicable membership terms.
• A member may receive a personal profile and member identification according to the applicable system.
• Membership access is intended for the registered member and should not be transferred without authorization.

💳 Fees & Payments

Applicable membership, package or service fees will be displayed before payment is completed.

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment service providers. By completing a payment, the member agrees to the applicable package and service terms.

Membership fees are generally non-refundable after successful registration or payment. Any applicable exception or adjustment will be handled in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

🎓 Training & Learning

GM7 may provide structured learning, training, guidance, practice materials, tutorials and other educational resources according to the selected program or package.

• Training duration and access depend on the applicable package.
• Course or training access is subject to the applicable validity period.
• Training is intended for learning and skill development.
• Completion of training does not guarantee employment, income, business success or any particular result.

🎬 Content & Creator Activities

Members may be able to create, submit or participate in content-related activities according to applicable GM7 programs.

Members are responsible for ensuring that submitted content is original, lawful and does not violate the rights of others.

• Do not submit copyrighted material without appropriate rights or permission.
• Do not submit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or misleading content.
• GM7 may review, reject, modify or remove content where appropriate under its policies.

🛍 Product Selling & Payments

Members may sell eligible handmade products independently or, where applicable, through GM7-supported selling channels.

Where GM7 facilitates a product sale, payment to the creator may be processed after the applicable product has been successfully sold and according to the agreed selling terms.

Providing a product to GM7 for consideration, listing or offline selling does not by itself create an obligation for immediate payment.

◇ Product Pricing

Where applicable, members may determine the selling price of their own products subject to marketplace requirements, product suitability and applicable selling terms.

GM7 may require reasonable adjustments to pricing, presentation or product information where necessary for marketplace operations.

📦 Packaging & Brand Presentation

Eligible products sold through GM7-supported channels may be packaged or presented according to applicable GM7 brand, marketplace and product requirements.

Product or creator information may be associated with the product while external packaging follows applicable GM7 brand guidelines.

🛠 Skills & Creative Collaboration

GM7 may allow members with skills outside jewellery, including wood craft, textile work, clothing, painting, pottery, home décor, bamboo and cane craft, art and other handmade activities, to submit their skills or ideas for review.

Any support or collaboration will depend on suitability, availability and applicable GM7 policies.

↩ Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are handled according to the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation of membership, training or other services may affect access to the relevant services or benefits.

Where a refund is applicable, the request may be reviewed based on the payment, package, service status and applicable policy.

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep login and account information secure.
• Use GM7 services lawfully and responsibly.
• Provide accurate product information when submitting handmade products.
• Ensure products comply with applicable quality, safety and legal requirements.
• Respect intellectual property, privacy and other rights.

⚠ Prohibited Activities

Members must not use GM7 Portal for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive or unauthorized activities.

• Fraudulent transactions or false information.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Copyright or intellectual property infringement.
• Harmful, abusive or illegal content.
• Activities that may damage the security or operation of GM7 Portal.

🔗 Third-Party Platforms

GM7 may use or reference third-party services, payment providers, marketplaces, websites or digital platforms.

Third-party platforms operate under their own terms, policies and requirements. GM7 does not control their independent policies or availability.

⚙ Platform Availability

GM7 aims to maintain a reliable platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times.
